Right out of the oven, thus is how fresh their bagels are. They are making them in the shop.
Stopped by when out of town on a recommendation from a local family member. Great service, very kind and helpful! Tasty egg and cheese! We got a dozen bagels; very tasty & signature Long Island taste. We did think it a bit odd that there were raisins in most of them (including wheat and pumpernickel), but didn't detract from the flavor. Maybe the raisins are a long island special? Would gladly visit again!
